Place in large bowl or large 1-gallon ziplock, add olive oil, salt, and pepper and rosemary**. Toss or shake. <span>?<\/span>Spread evenly into one layer on baking sheet. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 14.4pt; tab-stops: list 9.0pt\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><span>3.<\/span> Bake for 35 ? 45 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 14.4pt; tab-stops: list 9.0pt\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><span>4.<\/span> Vegetables should yield when a sharp knife is inserted into center of vegetable. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 14.4pt; tab-stops: list 9.0pt\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><span>5.<\/span><span> Great when served with a meat, poultry or tempeh dish.
